The Place Saint-Martin redevelopment project is based on a shared vision that emerged from numerous citizen consultations. Six main objectives guide the approach: creating neighborhoods on a human scale, empowering citizens, promoting inclusion, stimulating social and economic vitality, developing safe and cohesive living environments, and ensuring alignment with public policies.
