• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in urban planning.

• Be a member of the Ordre des urbanistes du Québec.

• Have at least 10 years of experience.

• Have a good knowledge of software related to urban planning (AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, InDesign, Thrace, Revit) and management.
