This integrated project comprising 150 housing units is part of a ± 400-unit real estate development located north of Chemin de la Côte Nord, in Boisbriand. We envisioned the site as a large garden, pushing road infrastructure to the perimeter in order to maximize its cultivable area.

A series of buildings of progressive size will be constructed along a wide strip of vegetation for optimal orientation. Each building will have its own density and typology, influenced by its urban environment. The mature vegetation found on the existing site will create a buffer zone around the project. Dividing the project into three phases creates an opportunity to extend the vegetalized buffer zones into the gaps left between phases.
