At the intersection of Highway 640 and Curé-Labelle Boulevard, on the former site of the Sainte-Thérèse brewery, this six-story office building stands out with its black base, white exterior, and exposed solid wood structure. This wood structure reflects a commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly construction practices.

The building is seeking LEED certification, guaranteeing a high level of environmental and energy performance. Its strategic location not only offers breathtaking views of the city, but also easy access to various services and amenities.

On the ground floor, a restaurant welcomes building users and general public alike. In addition, a shared services hub has been designed for the building's tenants. This hub includes a common reception area, conference and multifunctional rooms, a kitchen, and a fitness room.
