Located at the entrance of the CentrOparc, this Bicycles Quilicot distribution center aims to provide cycling enthusiasts with a meeting place.

Despite its size, the building favors a human-scale layout. As it houses a distribution center, a store, and a head office, the design had to provide solutions to guide the various users in a clear and understandable way. Creating a contrast effect, the relatively opaque main façade naturally directs customers towards the store identified by the transparent curtain walls enveloping the ground floor.

Due to its scale, the project is ultimately part of a larger whole, that of the city and the region, acting as a gateway to the development of the CentrOparc and thus marking the presence of Bicycles Quilicot in Mascouche.
