The Cité Nature project covers a large site, offering both planned and sometimes spontaneous interventions. It is based on an overall vision in which landscaping and the natural environment come together in a harmonious composition respectful of the site. Three main interventions punctuate the real estate development, each creating links with the surrounding context and strengthening the coherence of the whole project.
Showcasing the lakefront is a key feature: a space where walking and views of the water combine to offer an immersive and soothing experience. Despite the accessibility constraints it imposed, the steep slope leading down to the lake became a driving force of the project. It inspired a path punctuated by hemlock plank steps and slightly raised stairways that naturally integrate into the terrain.
The layout around the signs designed for the project reflects the overall vision and visual identity of the site, while highlighting the care taken in communicating and putting the beauty of the entire location at the forefront.
