Located in Blainville, this multi-unit housing project subtly illustrates the importance of careful landscaping. Among other elements, the elevated flower beds and architectural details adorning the front of the building were designed to enrich resident’s living environment while enhancing the building’s architecture. Located above street level, the building benefits from a close collaboration between architecture and landscape architecture, which resulted in the creation of outdoor spaces in perfect harmony with the constraints of the site.

The front spaces are designed as places for meeting and relaxation, where vegetation, furniture, and materials harmonize to bring real added value to the apartments. The play of levels and low walls contributes to a friendly environment conducive to interaction. The layout promotes the connection between users and their environment, emphasizing the project's purpose: to promote community life in a setting that is both functional and welcoming.
