Development of a technology accelerator designed specifically for companies in the pre-commercialization or commercialization phase.
The architectural layout of TerroX is designed to promote integration, modularity, and collaboration within the organization. Closed offices were created by inserting and dividing a specific volume dedicated to individual workspaces. The size of these closed offices has been carefully designed to reflect the human scale, symbolizing the importance of each member of the TerroX community. Thanks to their modular structure, these offices can be expanded as needed, anticipating the arrival of new start-ups in the collective.
The spatial layout favors open areas, strategically located near windows to maximize natural light. These areas promote collaboration, exchange, and creativity, providing a welcoming environment for teamwork. Meanwhile, service areas are judiciously placed near existing walls to free up central areas for collaborative activities.
A fluid layout is accentuated by the integration of curved walls towards the entrance, facilitating both visibility and movement throughout the space. A yellow strip, inspired by the TerroX logo, subtly guides visitors from the entrance to the meeting room. This choice of color embodies fraternity and stimulates a spirit of creativity and dynamism within teams.
A suspended metal grid delineates open areas and collaborative spaces. The rounded corners of this structure blend harmoniously with the curved walls, reinforcing the aesthetic cohesion of the whole.
